The MWA is part of the greater SKA project, comprising of a radio telescope and associated buildings. The site is remotely located in the Shire of Murchison some 370k north east of Geraldton in WA.
The scope included all civil works including all siteworks, the installation and commissioning of a 6600V and 400V electrical power system, substation and LV feeder pillars, and installation of fibre optic cable.
